How difficult is it to get approved for an exclusive territory?
It is not difficult. However, we want all of our licensees to succeed, so it is important that you have funds available to buy equipment, find a location, invest in advertising, and cover any other operating expenses that may arise. Starting your own Executive Flat Rate Realty office is no different than starting any other business; you will need to have personal financial security for the first few months while your business gets off the ground. We do not require a credit check, but we do ask you to complete a financial statement.

Does Executive Flat Rate Realty offer training to help me get started?
Yes. In addition we provide all of our licensees with an easy to understand policy and procedures manual that will answer all of your questions. On going support is always available by phone and online.
