It is not difficult. However, we want all of our licensees to succeed, so it is important that you have funds available to buy equipment, find a location, invest in advertising, and cover any other operating expenses that may arise. Starting your own Executive FLAT RATE Realty office is no different than starting any other business; you will need to have personal financial security for the first few months while your business gets off the ground. We do not require a credit check, but we do ask you to complete a financial statement.
