The concept of a fully licensed and registered FLAT RATE realty brokerage came into the making in July 2008 and finally opened the first brokerage in February 2009. Research has suggested that the public recognized the value of the professional Realtor, they also appreciated all their many services provided, including showing properties and negotiating a sale, but felt the commission rates being charged are outrageously high.
